"I've only ever gotten waxed a handful of times and I always get so nervous when I do. However, my experience today was a breeze. For starters, my appointment details got mixed up and I was scheduled a day later than when I came in. Gratefully, they took me in immediately without complications or ridicule. My Sugarsista was very friendly and talked to me through the whole appointment, serving a great distraction haha! Part of my order was the additional numbing spray- my Sugarsista forget to use it but I ended up not needing it anyway. She was very quick to let me know the price would be readjusted. Overall I had a wonderful visit with top not care and a friendly staff. Will be coming here again!"
