"I was able to book a same day appointment & I had a Russian manicure by Marylin and she did an absolutely amazing job—her attention to detail was flawless. I also got a gel pedicure that looked great! The salon itself is cozy and elegantly decorated, and super clean making it feel welcoming and relaxing. What stood out most was how attentive the staff were—each step of the way they asked for my feedback to make sure everything matched what I wanted, and they cheerfully answered all my questions. Their friendliness and professionalism made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. "Literally the BEST and most comfortable nail salon I’ve ever been to! They do an amazing job every time and are so kind. The hospitality is truly top TIER. Love, love, love them! BELOW IS A 1 MONTH UPDATE AND I ALSO ADDED PHOTOS FOR REFERENCE! Today is August 7, 2025 Yes I still ABSOLUTELY LOVE my nails. They stayed long and strong, no damage at all! It's almost a month now! I'm coming back for a refill next week! Thank you to the ladies at Nelly Nail NY, they are all amazing!"

"I've been coming here a while and they provide consistently excellent manicures every time. I'm a massage therapist, so I need my hands to look flawless at all times and Nelly delivers. Her attention to detail is outstanding. Also, the space is very bright, clean, and uplifting. Highly recommend!"
