"ONEYDA did my natural hair. Although there was a small communication barrier it worked out as best it could. She didn’t understand as a black woman with natural coarse hair that using a small teeth comb isn’t going to be good for my hair or my pain tolerance. I had to keep my hair in braids to go through the hair washing process. Which they also didn’t understand.
