From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with warmth and professionalism by Shannon and Jacie at the front desk—they made the check-in process seamless and so pleasant. My aesthetician, Airy (part of the amazing JV team), gave me the Master Oxygen Purifying Facial along with a Body Booster treatment. Both were absolutely fantastic—my skin feels refreshed, glowing, and healthier than ever. The results truly speak for themselves (I’ll be attaching a before & after picture!). The new location itself is absolutely stunning—modern, elegant, and calming. Every detail has been thoughtfully designed to create the perfect atmosphere for relaxation and self-care. Everyone I interacted with was kind, attentive, and highly professional. This was hands-down the best facial experience I’ve ever had. I was treated by Marisa, and at almost 8.5 months pregnant, I truly couldn’t have asked for a better aesthetician. She was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and intuitive — she knew exactly how to tailor the treatment so I felt completely relaxed, refreshed, and genuinely radiant afterward. It was such a gift to feel so taken care of during this stage of pregnancy. I already can’t wait to come back and see Marisa post-baby. Highly recommend."

"I had the most incredible experience at the new Brooklyn location. I have been going to Joanna Vargas NYC location for a few years and I couldn’t wait to see the BK location. Since having a baby, it’s been some time since I took time for myself and got a facial. I finally booked a full-body microdermabrasion, triple crown classic facial with add-on body booster with Lindsay and I left feeling revitalized! Best facial ever! Lindsay was so kind and knowledgeable and went above and beyond what I expected. My whole body felt so soft and rejuvenated. After the lymphatic drainage and micro-current facial my cheekbones were so tight and sharp. Everyone was so kind and helpful. I couldn't have left happier and already have my next appointment set.
