"Great job on my gel nails, but be aware of extra charges!** They did a great job with my gel nails — the set looked really nice and neat. However, I was surprised to be charged **$5 just to remove the old gel**, on top of the **$40 for the new set which is what I was told is the cost for my nails. I’ve never been charged separately for removal when getting a new set before. At first, she entered $10, then changed it to $5, which was confusing. I’m guessing this may explain some of the lower reviews. I chose this salon because it’s conveniently located across the street from the Home2/Hampton Hotel where I was staying. I paid, tipped, and left, but I’d just recommend asking about removal fees in advance to avoid surprises."

"I’ve been going here for almost 2 years now. I have never found a nail salon I’ve ever loved until I found this place. It’s family owned, great friendly service. The nail techs are not pushy on designs you don’t want but are honest & give suggestions on what would look good for your skin tone etc. ultimately they let it be your decision. They are also very talented! I’ve attached a few pics. I get the soft builder gel on my natural nails and my nails have never been stronger, it last me usually 4 weeks/5, no lifting or chipping! I highly recommend them if you live in the area, or if you’re new to the area and need a quality nail salon!"
