"Scott always does a fantastic job on my hair. He has an incredible attention to detail and is very precise with symmetry. He uses Japanese steel scissors, which provide some of the best precision when cutting hair. Hands down, he is one of the best hair artists in Tampa. Highly recommend! ---"
