"I won a certificate for to Salon Dulay thanks to their generous donation to the central Florida chapter of Make-A-Wish. Many thanks for your generosity to local charities! My first visit was fantastic, greeted with a warm welcome, fantastic service, and the environment was well kept. Josi was fantastic, it looked like rain when I was finished and she took the initiative to cover my hair with 2 shower caps. Great experience and will return.
