"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 – New Look (East Colonial) & Nail Tech Tatiana I want to start off by saying that I had been going to the same place for my nails and pedicures for many years. I decided to try something new after seeing Russian gel manicures on Instagram the clean cuticles, the flawless finish, and the overall look really caught my attention. That’s how I ended up at New Look on East Colonial, and I’m so glad I did. First, I do want to be honest: you need to budget yourself when you come here, because their services are definitely pricier compared to regular dipping powder or standard pedicures. What I used to pay around $60–$75 for is obviously much lower than what I pay here now. But the difference in quality is huge. The salon is extremely clean, professional, and they get you in on time. The service is excellent. Tatiana, my nail tech, is truly amazing. She takes her time, she listens, and she always does my nails exactly how I ask. My nails and pedicures come out flawless every single time. I’ve been going to her since around April/May, and I refuse to go anywhere else now. All the ladies at the salon are lovely, but I feel especially comfortable with her once I find a nail tech I love, I stay loyal! What really surprised me is how long the Russian gel manicure lasts. My nails stay beautiful for 4–5 weeks, they grow healthier, and they feel stronger compared to when I used dipping powder. Even though I used to spend around $160–$180 for dip + gel before, now I pay around $220–$260 for the Russian gel and pedicure —but the results, longevity, and quality make it worth it. Think of it as treating yourself: a splurge, but one that actually lasts. They even offer little snacks and drinks, which is a cute touch. I also had my eyebrows and lash lift done by Isabella, and again —amazing work. I wasn’t disappointed at all. The only downside is the pricing. It honestly feels like California pricing. But besides that, everything else is absolutely 10/10. If you’re thinking about trying Russian gel or just want flawless nails, I definitely recommend visiting New Look at East Colonial. You won’t be disappointed. And if you can, book with Tatiana she’s incredible. 💅✨"

"What I like about most is the cleanliness and the attention to detail. My first dry mani/pedi was different. I wanted to try them out due to a special they were having. The response was very quick and I was booked the next day. The nail tech took her time, cleaning my cuticles and preparing my nails with hot gel for the gel polish. Although I did want to add tips, it would’ve been completely out of the budget as this was a pretty pricey visit. My first dry pedi was something that I don’t think I want to get used to, but she did do a very good job of attention to detail with cleaning and polishing my feet and nail bed. Also, I will add these will last at least 3 to 4 weeks because of the different products that they use, which was nice to experience. If you do visit, make sure you budget for it although I do believe they do a great job. This is probably a once a year experience as they are a bit expensive, but you get what you pay for."
