"The suites are managed very well. Bathrooms & common areas always kept clean & tidy. The suites have good sound proofing if you prefer or require a quiet work space. It’s a great place for a small business to get started. The owners are very responsive & proactive with sorting out problems. They really want to help you succeed with your business! There is valet packing at the building next door & some paid street parking in the neighborhood. My clients often had problems finding parking, so this is something to think about as a small business owner. It’s the only criticism of the location I have, otherwise it’s a really good place to set up a small business."
