"Returning customer - the gentleman did an excellent job for his clients and normally, so does the lady. Yesterday- I witness two very exhausted people trying to adhere to their booked schedule- but ppl are coming back to back literally begging sometimes bullying them to give them services. Tbh- I walked in at 2:50 and he told me to return in 45 minutes. I did as instructed. His regulars are truly very understanding 4 came in and it was so obvious why these small business quiet spoken owners have sustained business of the years- they are so sweet- the atmosphere it’s an older very clean establishment I can’t give them a 5 but the overall picture My nails didn’t turn out as I wanted and I was offered to return. The four is only due to them not fixing it now vs offering to fix them at their convenience - he did say I can return on Saturday when I said I couldn’t return during the work week - It just shocked me -I wouldn’t want this on display for others to see. I can only assume - why he or she didn’t immediately fix my nails. They were ready to go home and ppl were wearing them down and me I cringed every time he had to tell another group he was booked- he could have tried to book them for another day. By hour two- The lady was sick of him letting ppl walk-in she was snatching my wrist every time he said okay!!! I don’t how she didn’t break my skin because that drill stuff had me making all kinds of faces. When she sent me to wash my hand - she charged the card. I’m thinking she got way more to do but anyway you’ll see-after turning down countless walk-in’s-explaining to constant calls that they were booked-they were so weary they accepted two more… I asked for the matte what I got is a hot mess - I’m going to get them fixed today I don’t know how much I spent for myself because I paid for a full set and a fill-in with colored powder it came to $95 , I don’t know how much the correction will cost- but Yeah here’s a picture.
