"Jess is an absolute brow genius!! The shop was pristine, smelled lovely, sanitized, while still feeling cozy. Jess immediately set and met the expectation on time. She went over the procedure fully, gave me options for pain management, and made sure I was comfortable for the duration of treatment. She was an absolute doll!!
