Amandis Nail Spa

The only reason I’m giving it 2 stars instead of 1 is because I had a pedicure there last week and it was phenomenal. I don’t remember the name of the tech but she was the oldest of the ones present. She was super friendly and even got me tea. That service deserved 5 stars. However, I made an appointment for yesterday for gel nails but the same tech was not available, instead Tati helped me. I honestly feel like she rushed because I was the last client. My appointment was at 6:30, I was not a walk-in the salon offered me that time. The color application was messy, she wasn’t even trying to stay on the nail bed instead was putting on the color fast and cleaning the edges. I didn’t think much of it at the time because I thought that was her technique, I had some polish on my cuticles at the end but I could live with it. However I woke up this morning and the whole polish started coming off my left thumb, it’s wet and tacky to the touch. It has been 24hrs. I got gel x extensions and now I’m concerned all the other nails aren’t cured right but instead are wet under the extension. I wish they were more honest and say they close at 6 instead of rushing, I would have found another salon opened later. Now I don’t even have time to find a place to take these nails off because I leave town tomorrow. Update: I went back and Rosalba fixed my nails super quickly. I updated my review to 4 stars because I’m happy with the results and how quickly they fit me in the schedule to fix it.

I’m not the type to leave reviews, I usually just get a service, and if it’s good, awesome! If it’s bad, I just don’t go back. But I had to share this because I just had my first AMAZING nail experience since moving to Miami five years ago! Tati did my Gel X manicure and regular pedicure, and she was so detailed, took her time, and made my nails look gorgeous. For the first time, I actually felt good spending money on a nail service!

Tati was so great ! She was extremely patient and kind with me and she does awesome work. Not only did she give me great service the place all in all is very beautiful and makes the experience x10 better.

Phenomenal service today!! I was here, from Chicago, and was in desperate need of a gel fill and pedicure. The service I received was EXCELLENT! Also, the entire place was very clean and welcoming. Thank you!
